Conditions of Representation
- compulsory sports medical examination at the beginning of the season
- The nomination for the World Championship will be closed at the end of May based on the results achieved in MTBO races of the Czech cup, Hungarian cup, Austrian cup, and current form
Preparation plan
| Autumn/Winter | Individual preparation In case the snow conditions are good, we would like to organize a winter training camp, which will include cross-country skiing and running |
| February-July | Recommended to have preparation in Spain or other sunny countries to do volumes |
| April-July | Bratislava's league - simulated road bike races (once per week); it is suitable for tracking physical performance |
| April | Recommended starting with map training (depends on availability, ideally competitions in the Czech Republic, Austria, and/or Hungary) |
